How long does the wax take to melt?

The fast-melting wax warmer heats the wax beads in about 10–15 minutes, ready for smooth application.

How do I clean the wax warmer?

Cleanup is simple with the removable silicone bowl. Once the leftover wax cools and hardens, gently peel it out, then wash and dry the bowl before using it again. Please keep the electric warmer base away from water.

Can l change or cancel my order?

You may request to cancel/change your order before it has been physically shipped. However, if the warehouse has already handed over the package to the logistics provider, cancellation/change will no longer be possible. For cancellation requests, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 2 hours after placing the order, to ensure timely processing.
